Alabama Conference for the Deaf

When Chip and I began the adoption process I asked God to lead us to other families who had adopted deaf children. I've made many friendships since that prayer but I've only been able to hug a few, as most have been facebook friendships. This March in Talladga, Alabama, I'm going to ge a chance to hug a few more!

The Alabama Conference for the Deaf has graciously invited adoptive families to join them March 6th - 8th, 2015 at Shocco Springs. The adults will join the main group for Deaf worship and have workshops in American Sign Language focused on topics near to our adoptive hearts. AND the best part is that there will be a track for kids and teens, all taught in ASL!

Who should attend??? ANYONE who has a burden for deaf orphans. If you're praying about adopting but haven't started the process... join us! If you're in the paper chase right now... join us! If you've been home with your babies for twenty years... join us!

Stay tuned for more details. Below is the link to ABCD's website. We are so excited and thankful to God for this answer to prayer!
